Design and Delivery for Our Printed, Reusable Shopping Bags

Our design team can offer their expert advice on the style and size of your custom printed shopping bag or device, to best suit your requirements of application.

Each and every printed reusable tote bag is designed to the meet the client’s specifications, made to order and delivered straight to their door as non-plastic alternative. This makes us the go-to for custom shopping bags that contribute to the health of our environment by offering an alternative to plastic bags.

NZBAGIT® prides itself with providing nothing less than a first-class, reusable shopping bag product that is delivered to your location within the South Pacific region. As a result, we offer a premium alternative to traditional plastic bags.

In order to ensure we meet your preferences for a custom printed bag or reusable tote completely, we require you to provide us with the following information:

  • Select the type of fabric to be used (we don’t use plastic)
  • Select the colour or colours
  • Provide the measurements (width / height / gusset/ handle length)
  • Any accessories that need to be added to the finished article.

Provide your print artwork files for your tote in an adjustable file (VECTOR or EPS or AI or PDF or similar adjustable file).

NOTE –we cannot work from a JPG file (we do use .JPG files for the Heat Transfer full colour printing process).

Tips:
  • Make sure your texts are outlined and the font to be used is noted.
  • Advise the PMS print colours from your artwork file provided.
  • Provide us with timelines you are working towards.
  • Provide us with the full physical delivery address so we can cost freight components accordingly.

Once we receive the above information, we will produce a mock-up of the custom printed shopping bag and design that provides you with a flawless non-plastic product. This is emailed to you to make adjustments, should these be required.

Then, from your approval of the mock up, we proceed to the VSO stage (visual sign-off form). The VSO is sent to you via email to recheck all details and ensure the design of the custom reusable tote bag is correct.

Once the client signs and returns the VSO form, we will produce one printed, finished sample for you to approve online, prior to the bulk production commencing. We can send you a custom printed finished product sample to approve from that point, if required. Normally this takes (7-10 days) extra. This is the procedure for all custom shopping bags – including printed reusable tote bags.

Our delivery timeframe from final approval sample (approved online) is six to seven weeks via our sea freight method of shipping. We can meet urgent order requests with very tight deadlines by using airfreight delivery (incurring an additional 20%-25% fee). The timeframe for this is usually 15-21 days.
